The inquiry form asks for the adult account holder’s name and email, the player’s age and experience, preferred days, and an optional goal. It does not request a child’s full name.

Online inquiry submission is disabled until the live intake service is enabled. An unsuccessful submission is not stored by this application. Demo conversations contain fictional data. Sample calendar bookings, messages, and follow-up changes are saved in this browser so you can continue the preview. Use sample information only. Reset buttons clear sample activity and calendar changes.

When connected, the workspace uses Supabase for account authentication and database storage. Coaches and families access assigned conversations; the owner can access all conversations. Login cookies keep authenticated sessions active.

Retention periods, the privacy contact, deletion procedures, and the final service-provider disclosures must be approved before launch.
